Your waitlist stops moving people in when class starts

Once a class has started, a spot that frees up is no longer filled from the waitlist automatically — you can still add someone by hand.

# Your waitlist stops moving people in when class starts

Until now, a spot that freed up during a class — a client cancelling late,
being removed by staff, or switching to the live stream — could still move the
next person on the waitlist into the class until it ended. They would get a
"you're in" message and use a class from their pass for a class that was
already underway.

From now on, automatic waitlist promotion stops at the class start time, for
every way a spot frees up. Before the start everything works as before. After
the start nobody is moved in, nobody is told they're in, and no class is used
from their pass.

You can still add a client by hand after the start: **Add to class** on a
waitlisted client and **Add client** on the roster work exactly as before.

Move a client between the studio and the live stream

On streamed classes, choose In studio or Streaming when you add a client, and switch a booked client between the two from the class roster — with the pass effect and any late-cancellation rule shown before you confirm.
